37 Weeks Pregnant
Development at 37 Weeks
Week 37 marks early full term by most definitions. The baby is generally considered fully developed and ready for delivery. Brain, lungs, and liver continue maturing even through these final weeks. The fetus is approximately the size of a head of Swiss chard. Movements may feel different as the baby has less room but should still be regular.
