11 Weeks Pregnant
Development at 11 Weeks
By week 11, facial features are becoming more distinct. Tooth buds are forming beneath the gums. Some fetuses begin to make hiccup-like movements around this stage. The nuchal translucency (NT) scan is often scheduled between weeks 11 and 13. The fetus is approximately the size of a fig and weighs only a few grams.
